Returns are applicable only on orders shipped within India.
We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged, and in an unused condition.
If you have received a damaged product, please write to us at help@shivanisharma.art to facilitate the return or exchange of the product, within 10 days of receiving the item. We ask that you include images of the product showing the damage to help our quality control team authenticate the damage claim. Once approved, we will replace the product or refund the amount, whichever option you prefer.
Refunds can take between 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
Returns / refunds / replacements are not applicable on orders placed during the Sale period.
For customized orders like pre-cut fabrics and swatches no returns or exchanges are applicable.
If you have received a damaged product that is part of a set please note the entire set will have to be returned for an exchange or refund. So, we ask that you keep the entire set intact to ensure an easy return process.
Cancellation
Please mail us at help@shivanisharma.art for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed by our shipping partner i.e. until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it.
Cancellations are not applicable on orders placed during the Sale period.
For customized orders like pre-cut fabrics and swatches cancellations are not applicable.
If you have entered an incorrect pin code or contact number, please write to us at help@shivanisharma.art to rectify the issue. Please note that we can update the correct code or number only if the order has not been processed by our shipping partner (until the status of the order remains unfulfilled).
Domestic Shipping
Orders typically take 2-3 working days to be processed and dispatched (unless otherwise mentioned in the product description section). Once dispatched, delivery takes 2-7 working days, depending on the delivery pin code. If the order includes more than one item, the dispatch time will be determined by the item that takes longest to be dispatched.
Orders containing fabrics / swatches will be dispatched in 4-5 working days. For those orders that include fabrics along with any of our other products, the fabrics will be dispatched separately, and from a separate facility. Tracking details will also be shared separately.
Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and gazette holidays. Unforeseen circumstances like strikes which affect business operations or force businesses to close for the day will be considered non-working days and impact delivery timelines.
On delivery day, our courier partner will attempt to contact you through a call or SMS to handover your package. Please note the courier partner will make three attempts to deliver your order. If the partner is unable to reach you the order will be returned to us.
The standard shipping charges within India, on orders below INR 999/- is INR 100/-. We provide free shipping on orders above INR 999/- (again, within India).
In keeping with COVID-19 guidelines there might be delays in the dispatch and delivery of orders.
International orders are dispatched within 2-3 days working days. Once the order is dispatched it takes about 2-3 weeks for the order to be delivered depending on the country. Final dispatch time will depend on all the products in the order.
Shipping rates will vary according to the country the order is being delivered to. The number of items in the order may affect shipping rates as well which will be calculated during checkout.
Buyers will have to cover the customs and import taxes if any. The Ink Bucket will not be responsible for delays during customs check.
Returns, cancelations, exchanges, and refunds are not applicable on international orders.
At this time, we don’t offer the option of gift wrapping our products. We are however working towards introducing the option soon.
