Art Education is one of the few things in the rustle bustle of today that is capable of invoking thought and initiating dialogue. Any form of art enriches lives & enlightens the inner self.
Art is an intellectual exercise, it’s the product of a thinking mind at work and the creative skills shape the art work thus created. Each work of art has a story to tell, it not only brings before us a creation of the artist but also stirs our own imagination, which in itself is a mesmerizing experience.
Through time immemorial people have shown keen interest in collecting art and the new age trend is singing the same song but sadly it was and still is a very small fraction of admirers.
Art is not something to just buy and hang, rather its a language, a relation, a dialogue, an understanding on how these artworks make us perceive our world, it definitely impacts and reflects the lives of people who collect them.
So we in the art fraternity believe that if art education is taken up more seriously specially by the schools and work organizations, if people learn to appreciate art & encourage buying and more importantly learn to relate to art at a young age, their awareness & knowledge will surely enrich the society in many ways.
Buying art is giving back to the society in its most meaningful form.
